One rule: the shop has to not carry King Palm already. If they've got us on the shelf, the code won't go through and you won't get the credit.
Questions
When does my $15 actually land?
Once the shop's free fill is approved by our team, not the moment they type your code in. Every fill is checked by a person before it ships, so give it a couple of business days. You'll get an email the second it's approved, and the credit sits on your account ready to use at checkout.
Can I get more than one code?
One live code at a time. When the shop you gave it to claims their fill, you can mint another. That keeps the codes tied to real conversations rather than a stack of cards left on a counter.
Why do I need to have ordered before?
Because the card only exists inside a King Palm order box. If you're holding one, you've ordered from us — the check just confirms it. It also keeps the program from being farmed by accounts that have never bought anything.
What if I lose the card?
The code is the part that matters, and it stays on this page. You can write it on anything, but the card does the explaining for you, so it's worth asking for another in your next order.
The shop said they'd do it later. Now what?
Nothing to do. The code stays live for 90 days and it's still yours. If it expires unused, come back here and mint a fresh one.
Is this the same as the rep program?
No. Reps carry their own codes and get paid differently. This is for customers — one card, one shop, $15.
The fine print
- Open to King Palm account holders with at least one completed order. Codes are minted to your account and are not transferable.
- One live code per account at a time. Codes expire 90 days after they're minted.
- A code is valid for one shop only, and only for a shop that does not already stock King Palm. One free fill per shop address.
- The $15 is issued as King Palm store credit after the referred shop's free fill is reviewed and approved. Free fills are approved at King Palm's discretion.
- Free fills ship within the United States only. King Palm may end or change the program at any time.
- You must be 21 or older.
