King Palm products are intended for adults 21 years of age and older. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. The seller is not responsible for any false or misleading representations of age. All King Palm products are designed for use with hemp and state-licensed medicinal or recreational cannabis only, where legal. King Palm products are not intended for any unlawful purpose

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and a Return Merchandise Authorization.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, email support@kingpalm.com with your reason for the return and attach a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

MESSAGING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Consent to Receive Messages: By opting into King Palm messaging program, you agree to receive marketing text messages, including cart reminders, at the phone number you provide. King Palm controls the messaging program and may change the frequency of messages at any time.

No Purchase Necessary: Opting into King Palm messaging program is not a requirement for purchasing any products or services.

Agreement to Policies: By opting in, you accept King Palm Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, and you consent to the processing of your information as described in those documents.

  • Opt-In: To opt in, you can:

    • Enter your mobile number on our website form. You will then receive a text to confirm your opt-in. Message frequency may vary.

  • Opt-Out: To opt out, reply "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to the number you received messages. This is the only way to opt out. You will receive one final confirmation message after opting out.

  • Rates: Carrier message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile service provider for details on charges.

  • Help: For assistance, text "HELP."

  • Other Information:

    • Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

    • Your mobile number and opt-in data will not be shared with third parties.

No Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kingpalm.com

No returns or exchanges will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization granted by King Palm.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
