Shipping Policy

USPS free shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

International shipping can take anywhere from 14 to 30  business days depending on your location.

If you would like faster shipping please select the appropriate shipping carrier and service at check out.

All orders placed late Friday or over the weekend do not get shipped out until the following Monday.

The shipping carriers go by business days and do not count weekends or the day of pickup.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/ STOLEN MAIL. 

REPLACEMENTS FOR THESE SITUATIONS WILL BE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. 

Packages are mailed via USPS & a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided us during checkout.

Tracking may take up to 24-48 hours to update on the USPS website.

If your tracking says delivered, please contact USPS for more info.

If you input an incorrect address at checkout and your package has been sent out, you will need to contact USPS to change your address. If your package ends up getting sent back to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges in order for us to resend your package.

If you have questions or concerns about delays in the shipping process, once the item is in the possession of the USPS, please contact USPS and inquire.

Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or miss sent packages. Tracking updates on the USPS website can take up to 48 hours once shipped.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

PROCESSING TIME: 1-5 business days

RECEIVING PARCEL: 3-5 business days (Domestic) *NOT including delays.

BUSINESS DAYS = MONDAY – FRIDAY

We cannot guarantee there will be no delays with USPS. If your package is delayed, it is not the responsibility of King Palm and we appreciate your patience in receiving your package.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

BUSINESS DAYS = MONDAY – FRIDAY

PROCESSING TIME: 1-5 business days

RECEIVING PARCEL: 10-30 business days (International) *NOT including delays.

*We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and Canadian Orders.
